Panem’s best and brightest never miss an opportunity to celebrate — and the singular outcome of the 74th annual Hunger Games is as good a reason as any.
Yesterday, the revived Capitol Couture blog celebrated Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark’s unprecedented joint victory by posting a somber but flamboyant portrait of District 12 escort Effie Trinket, looking marvelous in red chiffon and organza. And now the Capitol has released a second victory portrait of Hunger Games host Caesar Flickerman, who knows how to rock a pink pompadour and a patterned suit. (He also bears a striking resemblance to ancient 21st century actor Stanley Tucci.) Check out the photo below:
