Miley Cyrus enjoys finding new ways to get naked, so it’s hardly surprising that the costumes for her upcoming Bangerz tour are long on sex appeal and short on fabric.
Earlier today Italian designer Roberto Cavalli released sketches of six looks created for the 21 year-old singer to wear on stage. The most provocative ensemble is a stretch silk tulle Swarovski crystal spattered jumpsuit (above) that creates a “nude effect on the body.” Other items include a black zebra-pattern jumpsuit, an overwashed denim bra embroidered with studs and crystals, and a python-print jacket with matching short shorts.
In addition to the Cavalli costumes, Cyrus will wear outfits by designers Marc Jacobs, The Blonds, and Jeremy Scott — as well as pieces from the archives of Cher’s go-to designer Bob Mackie. According to The Hollywood Reporter, each designer was assigned a specific section of the Bangerz show. ”Clothes for me, or lack thereof, say a lot,” Cyrus recently joked.
