Fashion Face-Off: Who was best dressed at the 'Girls' season 3 premiere? -- POLL

Not even the approaching polar vortex could stop the girls of Girls from showing some skin at the season 3 premiere in New York City tonight.

And with the exception of Zosia Mamet, each of the ladies stayed true to her signature style.

Jemima Kirke’s vintage ivory satin Geminola dress had a definite boho vibe, Lena Dunham sparkled in a sequined frock from Rochas — and experimented with smoky eye makeup — and Allison Williams was every inch the ingenue in Dior. The usually eccentric Mamet chose to keep it simple in a little black Saint Laurent dress and gold accessories.

Trendy or trashy? Jemima Kirke's see-through CFDA Awards dress -- POLL

When it comes to dressing for the red carpet, Jemima Kirke is, like her Girls character Jessa Johansson, fiercely bohemian. At last night’s CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City, Kirke stood out from the label-draped fashion pack in a long-sleeve, floor-length see-through black dress.

Is Jemima Kirke’s look just too cool for the old school style set or was it an inappropriate choice for a black tie affair? Click on to cast your vote.  READ FULL STORY

'Girls' star Jemima Kirke kisses a girl in a new bridal fashion ad

That’s so Jessa.

Judging from the photos of Jemima Kirke in the Stone Fox Bride spring 2013 lookbook, it seems the actress is as uninhibited as the character she plays on the HBO series Girls.

Kirke and jewelry designer Pamela Love, both wearing minimalist boho bridal gowns from the label, are pictured as a same-sex couple locked in what appears to be a passionate post-nuptial embrace. (The lookbook also features a male couple dressed in lacy frocks.) Kirke also models solo, wearing nothing underneath a see-through dress called “The Jemima.”  READ FULL STORY
