Channing Tatum might be flawless when he’s stripped down (I mean, come on), but when it comes to getting dressed up for the red carpet, the Magic Mike star has made his share of mistakes — at least according to his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
In town to promote the couple’s new movie, 10 Years, Dewan-Tatum found time to take in designer Naeem Khan’s runway show at New York Fashion Week… and tell EW all about her husband’s all-time worst fashion flub.
“He wore ninja shoes on a red carpet,” the actress said of Chan’s choice to rock the offbeat footwear with jeans at an event. “I remember the look his publicist gave me, [it was] like, ‘How dare you let him wear those?’ I was like, ‘I can’t stop him!’”
Has the actress talked her significant other out of any weird wardrobe choices since? “I try,” she said. “But I kind of love that about him, he just doesn’t care.”
