Anjelica Huston, Moby, James Franco design 'pods' around L.A.

Airbnb can offer you a loft high above New York City or a shared Airstream trailer in the middle of nowhere. But this week, the San Francisco-based startup has reached out to a few Hollywood types for their take on the ideal place to stay in a new city. James Franco, Moby, Anjelica Huston, Molly Sims, and Lake Bell are all designing temporary pop-up homes around L.A. and choosing a soundtrack to go with them. But would any of these celebs actually stay in someone else’s home and not, say, the Four Seasons?

“I think it’s definitely possible,” Anjelica Huston tells EW, particularly “if I designed it.” And the pod she’s designed for the L.A. week is pretty cozy. Sitting with her on a pillow-lined bed in the Venice pre-fab house to which she added her personal touches was pretty comfy, plus there were snacks on the vertical garden-lined walls. “My walls are edible so if I want a late-night snack all I have to do is pluck a little parsley.”
