One season you’re out, the next you’re back in. Alyssa Milano will serve as host for the third season of Lifetime’s Project Runway All-Stars, premiering October 24.
Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman will return as judges, while Marie Claire senior fashion editor Zanna Roberts joins the competition series to help mentor the contestants. Guest judges include Gabourey Sidibe, Kristin Chenoweth, Elisabeth Moss, Nick Cannon, Debbie Harry, Oprah BFF Gayle King, and Project Runway judges Nina Garcia and Zac Posen. Project Runway alums Mondo Guerra, Anthony Ryan Auld, Anya Ayoung-Chee, and Christian Siriano (season 4) will also appear, as will Marge Simpson of The Simpsons.
Once again, 11 former Project Runway contestants will return to New York for a do-over. But there’s a twist!
Three of the competitors are previous Project Runway winners.
And the stakes are high. Valued at nearly a million dollars, the prize package is the largest in Project Runway franchise history. The winning designer will receive a $150,000 cash prize, a fashion spread in (and one-year contributing editor position at) Marie Claire, tech supplies from HP and Intel, a year’s supply of spring water, a trip for two to South East Asia, one year of professional hair styling and photography services for his or her shows, a year’s supply of beauty projects from Mary Kay, and a custom sewing studio.
