American Idol‘s final four battled it out this week as they each performed a duet and two solos.
But in addition to their song stylings, Amber, Angie, Candice, and Kree also tried to put their best fashion foot forward with outfits that ranged from black leather to summer brights.

Amber Holcomb’s rendition of “MacArthur Park” didn’t resonate with the judges, but her stage look did. Nicki Minaj said she “loved” Amber’s bold lip color, which matched the contestant’s bright orange dress from Cut25, but she had a few style critiques as well. “I would’ve took off that necklace and took of those shoes,” the Idol judge said. “But that’s just me.”
“Angie wins the night hands down,” Randy said of Miler’s performance of “Cry Me a River.” But how did her black Michelle Mason dress stack up against the competition?
Candice Glover paired a Libian zebra print top and Forever 21 pants with a fiery red — and custom-made — jacket when she hit the stage to sing “Emotion,” accessorizing with a BCBG Max Azria necklace and Ashley Stewart hoop earrings.
“You look very sexy in red, you should always wear red,” Minaj said of Kree Harrison’s crimson Parker blouse when the contestant faced the judges after her performance of “It Hurt So Bad.” Kree’s sexy look also included Citizen of Humanity pants and a necklace by K/LLER.
