But the District 12 tribute’s outfit in this newest victory poster is anything but simple. Instead, it’s an intricate, high-volume design that resembles a creation from the fall 2011 Alexander McQueen ready-to-wear collection — and evokes the romance of the gown a certain Best Actress winner wore to the 2013 Academy Awards.
