While Lily donned a sparkly gold gown for the “Who Wants to be a Godparent” episode, Kurumada has pushed the mute button on the character’s taste in flashy clothes. ”Lily is dealing with post-baby issues, so we’ve had to accommodate those issues with her wardrobe. She used to wear lots of patterns, and loud jewelry, but we’ve toned down her clothes to make her look more simple and chic.”
